Glebe House Loughborough, Monday Night Youth Club would like to express its sincere thanks to everyone who took part in the Santa Fun Run in December 2013 and raised money for them. The charity based in Woodgate Chambers, Loughborough supports adults with a learning disability and /or Autism.  Over 12 Staff and clients took part in the run on 8th December 2013 which saw the team leave Loughborough University on Sunday morning all dressed as ‘santas’.

The charity who last night received a cheque from the Rotary Club, Loughborough at an award presentation were delighted to learn the Rotary Club had added £300 to the cheque to make it £1100. Tracey Smith Youth Club organiser said

“ this money makes a massive difference to the youth club and means we are able to organise more trips out including to the pub, cinema and bowling thank you Rotary Club and everyone who took part’

Anyone interested, The Youth club runs on a Monday evening  7pm-9pm for adults primarily 17-23 years old with a learning disability at Woodgate Chambers, Loughborough.
